  1. Use a different charging cord.
  2. Plug your device into a different electrical outlet.
  3. Be sure it’s tightly connected when you plug it in.
  4. Verify that your Sunu Band battery level from your Sunu App; verify if you can pair it.

If you keep experiencing issues after following the steps previously mentioned, contact us at

Battery Lasting

Verify that the device’s life span corresponds to the usage; the battery can last from 5 hours to up to 3 days, depending on the amount of use. Activate the Battery Saving Mode by pressing the Home Button when it’s not in use. Otherwise, the battery will drain using the Bluetooth if you paused it from the double-tap gesture.

If you notice unusual behavior in your device, you may reboot it. Please revise the Firmware Issues Section of this guide.
